How do I make a reservation?
Using our home finder, you can find the perfect home for your family vacation. Once you’ve decided on a home, you can request a quote for specific dates, or call the reservations team for more information. If you choose to request a quote online, it will be e-mailed to you complete with a cost breakdown and date availability. You will then have the option to either complete the booking online or through our reservations department by calling 407.455.0364 - email: reservations@casafloridian.com
Are there any fees on top of my nightly rate?
Yes, a $75.00 Booking fee applies to all bookings. In addition, if your stay is 5 nights or less, you will be assessed a departure cleaning fee, prices vary from $75 to $150 depending on the size of your rental home. Bookings 6 nights or more, do not pay the cleaning fee.
How much deposit is required to secure a reservation?
To reserve a home you will be required to pay $325 deposit at the moment of booking.
When will the final Balance be due?
Your final balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Do I get a confirmation once I make a reservation and have paid my deposit?
For sure! Yes, once you have paid your deposit you will then receive a Reservation Confirmation by email to confirm the booking you can also receive this information by logging into My Reservation.
How will I find and access my vacation home?
Once full Payment has been received you will then receive all the information required to locate and access your Vacation home.
What If I need to cancel my reservation?
We understand that sometimes situations arise that prohibit people from traveling. If you need to cancel and are able to notify us over 60 days prior to your arrival date, we will be more than happy to apply your deposit to a future reservation. If you have to cancel your reservation and it is 30 days or less prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfiet.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes. There are two sets of fresh linens provided for each bed. Towels are also provided, with two for each registered occupant.
What am I require to do when I leave the home?
We appreciate if you can strip all used beds, place dirty dishes in the dishwasher, place all trash in trash bags, turn off the lights, close all door and windows. And have a safe journey back home!
Can I bring my pet?
Bringing a pet to your vacation home is not allowed. There are rare circumstances where very small, well-trained pets or service dogs may be considered.
